As your host, we guarantee that you will always get the best price when you book your stay directly with us.
If you find your booking on another website at a cheaper price, you can get the difference refunded.
You must contact us up to 24 hours before arrival after booking with us. You must send us the link to the other offer and the offer must be available online at the time of our review.
When will you receive a refund:
- The offer must be available at the time of review.
- You must contact us at least 24 hours before the day of arrival.
- The other offer must be subject to the same cancellation policy and other conditions.
When you will NOT receive a refund:
- If the other offer is part of a loyalty or rewards program.
- If the offer is subject to a different cancellation policy or other conditions.
