Overview of our services

No additional costs

Guests do not pay extra for electricity, water or heating.

Bed linen and towels

The beds in your apartment are of course already made. We provide each guest with one set of towels.

Kitchen

There is no need to bring your pots or pans from home. Every apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, filter coffee machine and an electric kettle for tea.

Location & view

Our lodge is situated on the hillside overlooking the valley. All apartments face south and boast a lovely view over the valley. They either feature a balcony or have access to a large patio. Only exception is the apartment of the category “Basic lodge apartment without terrace”.

Relaxation area

Fireplace

Wi-Fi

Feel free to surf the internet with our high-speed Wi-Fi. For our guests, it’s complimentary. The data volume is not limited either.

Parking space

Directly beneath the lodge, you will find plenty of complimentary parking lots. Upon your request, we can also reserve a single garage for you (depending on availability and for an additional charge).

Final cleaning

Upon your departure, you don’t have to take care of a thing. We will do the final cleaning of the apartment for you.

Visitor's tax

We already have included the daily visitor’s tax in the apartment rate. Hence, there will be no unpleasant surprises when checking out.

Ski room

Thanks to our special ski room, you can store your ski boots in a safe and dry place – without any additional charges. There also is a wall-mounted ski boot dryer.

Bicycle storage room

There also is no need for your bike to be exposed to adverse weather conditions. You can safely put it in our storage room. Take advantage of our washing space and hose your bike from top to bottom after an extensive tour.

Library

In our small library, you will find enough reading material for many hours of peace and tranquillity.

Laundry rooms

The more you do the laundry during your holiday, the less clothes you have to bring. In our two laundry rooms, you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There also is an ironing equipment at your disposal.

High chairs for children

Upon request, we gladly provide you with complimentary high chairs for the little ones.

Extra services

Electric mountain bikes

At our lodge, you can also rent high-quality electric mountain bikes. We charge € 25 per day and bike.

Additional beds & baby beds

Upon your request, we gladly provide you with an additional bed or a baby bed. Additional beds cost € 40 per night; baby beds € 15 per night.

Single garages

If you would like to park your car in one of our single garages, just let us know. We charge € 10 per box and night.

Pets

Dogs are welcome at the Black Forest Lodge. We charge € 10 per dog and night. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the building as well as on our premises.

Firewood

If you book a Deluxe or Maisonette lodge apartment, we give you one basket of firewood for free. Every additional basket costs € 5.

In addition to the above listed services of the Black Forest Lodge, you can also take advantage of the Hochschwarzwald Card, which offers you a lot of specials and discounts from the participant service partners. For more information see https://www.hochschwarzwald.de/Card.
