Check in
Your apartment or studio will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. The reception is located in Studio House No. 26.
If You have booked an apartment, You are welcome to drive Your vehicle directly to the parking area in front of the Apartment House after checking in at the reception. After loading or unloading, please park Your car in the parking lot below the Black Forest Lodge.
Check out
Your apartment is available until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. We kindly ask You to load the used dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on before leaving. Please dispose of Your waste in one of our waste disposal rooms.
The waste room for Apartment House No. 28 is located directly to the left of the entrance in the wooden shed. The waste room for Studio House No. 26 is located to the right by the garages.
If the reception is unattended, you can leave the key to your apartment in the basket on the glass table in the entrance area.
